Standard Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your CoeBikes purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the bike is in unused, like-new condition and includes all original packaging and accessories.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
– Contact our support team at sales@coebikes.com
– Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for the return.
– Ship the bike securely using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges & Defective Items
If your bike arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Used or assembled bikes with visible signs of wear
– Bikes missing original packaging or components
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified and refunded within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement with no penalty. After that, our standard return process applies.
